On 28th January 2013,our group had visited Pusat Dungun Pre School which was situated at Jalan Merpati,Dungun,Terengganu. There,we had interviewed one of the English teacher, Puan Robisah bt Che Ibrahim. She have experienced for 12 years as a English for pre-school teacher.She is from Kelantan and graduated in STPM.

- 12 years
3. Can you tell us something about your experience working in a preschool setting?
- I do enjoyed working as a preschool teacher because i am interested to teach the children without any stress feeling.
4. What are the teaching method that you used to teach preschool English?
- I used various of methods for example using a dvd/cd, playing with them either indoor nor outdoor and also sing a song together.
5. So far, how successful the teaching methods that you used to teach preschool English?
- Praise to Allah, those children enjoyed and understand what they learn.
6. What is the importance of teaching English for preschool?
- English is very important for them as world today was in modern era. So,we as teacher need to enhance them to learn English even though i'm not that fluent in English,i try my best to make them learn.
7. What are the good examples to teach English for children at home?
- Parents should play a main role by speaking English through a daily conversation with their children.
8. From your opinion,what are the barriers for you when you teach preschool English and how do you undertake the situation?
- During the learning session those kids were not really understand this language so i have to used two languages at the same time.
9. Do you know about other teaching methods that available in order to teach preschool English?
- Using a dvd/cd that was related with English.
10. What are the specific commitments for parents and teachers do you think would be the most appropriate to encourage the child to learn English?
- For me,to encourage the children to learn English, parents should prepare a suitable English reading materials. Besides,always using English in a conversation also can help the children.
During 17th January our group also went to Tadika Kemas which was situated at Kampung Sungai Haji Dorani,45300 Sungai Besar Selangor. There, we also interviewed a preschool teacher, Puan Zubaidah bt Haji Mokhtar in order to know the method that had been used by the preschool.

- 31 years
3. Can you tell us something about your experience working in a preschool setting?
- I really enjoyed and have fun with the children. We have 35 students in one class. For example when we held a competition they are also excited to excel in showing their outstanding figures and potential in reading,antiphonal and outdoor games competition such as football and 'silat' . Some of the children also take part in parliamentary zone. As a teacher i am really proud of them.
4. What are the teaching method that you used to teach preschool English?
- The method and theme used was schedule and arranged by Kemas.
5. So far, how successful the teaching methods that you used to teach preschool English?
- So far the important thing is we need to play our role as a teacher so that the children will have an interest to learn in order to make sure the method used will succeed.
6. What is the importance of teaching English for preschool?
- I tell the children that they also should master in English as English is basic language when they enter the primary school.
7. What are the good examples to teach English for children at home?
- Encourage them to speak in English at home.
8. From your opinion,what are the barriers for you when you teach preschool English and how do you undertake the situation?
- Usually they have difficulties in pronunciation so as teacher I have to correct them and also explain the meaning of the words in Malay.

- Sing a song. A role play also was a good method as the teaching session will be more interesting and make them easy to understand.

would be the most appropriate to encourage the child to learn English?
- Parents must play their role such as follow up the children homework perhaps 2 or 3 times per months. Sometimes,teacher also can meet the parents and discuss about their children English development so that it will be improve from time to time.

Comparison between two methods using by preschool teachers in teaching preschool English.
In conclusion, we found that that both of the kindergarten used a different method in teaching preschool English. Pusat Dungun Preschool used various of method in teaching preschool English but their main method is learning through playing. This method is more effective compare with the others because children love to play. While Tadika Kemas Kampung Sungai Haji Dorani applied 'thematic approach' that was arranged by Kemas. Even though both of the kindergarten used a different method in teaching preschool English the main purpose is the children will be able to learn English effectively.
